Our Classes and Programming
We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching the trade of sewing to immigrant and financially insecure communities. Our mission is to empower individuals by providing them with the skills and resources they need to succeed in the sewing industry.
our programs
We offer a range of classes each year that are split between 4-week and 8-week programs. Participants are taught techniques across five sewing and embroidery machines for the duration of classes, earning certificates that can be used to assist in finding employment opportunities or as mementos from their time at Esperanza Threads.
